How do I send my photos?
After you order Essential you get a private upload page. Add up to 20 real-dish photos, check the batch, then press Done uploading. WhatsApp stays available for help.
Can I see one of my dishes first?
There is no self-serve preview. Message us on WhatsApp and we can retouch one of your dishes so you can see the result before ordering.
When will my order be delivered?
We confirm delivery timing after your final upload. It depends on order size, photo quality and whether a draft needs another pass.
What revisions are included?
Essential includes one revision per delivered dish. Send a clear note about the mismatch or change you want.
Which formats are included?
Square, Uber-compatible 5:4 and Deliveroo 1200×675 JPEG exports. They are prepared to those sizes, but we cannot promise that any platform will accept a particular image.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for the first draft. AI can alter details or get a dish wrong, which is why a person compares every paid result with your original before delivery.
Can I use the images on iFood?
Check iFood's current rules before publishing. You are responsible for any required illustrative-image or AI disclosure and for platform moderation. We remind you of it at delivery.
