These Terms govern your use of menustaged.com and the MenuStaged service ("MenuStaged", "we", "us"), operated by Outliers Lab LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MenuStaged uses AI-assisted editing to create menu-photo drafts from the food photos you provide. Public automated previews are currently paused while the input-validation and privacy flow is reviewed. A permissioned trial, if agreed in conversation, remains illustrative and may contain errors or altered details. Paid results go through human approval before delivery, but you remain responsible for checking that each result accurately represents the dish you sell.

Essential offer and delivery

The public Essential offer is a one-time $49 order covering up to 20 submitted dish photos. After payment, upload the final batch through the private upload page and use the provided control to tell us you are done. We confirm delivery timing after that final upload because order size, source quality and revision needs vary.

Export formats and platform rules

Paid orders include square JPEGs, Uber-compatible 5:4 JPEGs and Deliveroo 1200×675 landscape JPEGs. Platform requirements and moderation decisions can change, so dimensions do not guarantee that Uber, Deliveroo, iFood or any other platform will accept an image. Before publishing on iFood, you are responsible for checking current rules and adding any required conspicuous AI or illustrative-image disclosure.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, the photos and materials you send us. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to produce and deliver your order. We will not publish or use your images publicly (for example, as marketing examples) without your permission.

Pricing and payment

The Essential price is shown in USD; Stripe may present a supported local currency and applicable taxes at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full card details. There is no active subscription offer or public automated preview checkout.

Revisions & refunds

Essential includes one revision per delivered dish. Additional changes are not included unless we agree to them separately. If you believe an order was not delivered as described, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery so we can assess a revision, replacement or fair resolution. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit only photos and materials you are entitled to use, not to use the service for unlawful, misleading or infringing content, and not to publish a result that materially misrepresents the dish offered to customers.

Disclaimer & liability

AI-generated output can be inaccurate and results vary. We do not promise a particular visual result, marketplace acceptance, sales lift or conversion improvement. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
